Nach Statements von Magdalena Fürnkranz, Sophie Schollum (beide Start Netzwerk) und Günther Wildner (Generalsekretär) zu den aktuell zu bearbeitenden musikpolitischen Themen, tauschten sich Conference-Teilnehmer und Akteure der Interessensvertretungsarbeit über Ideen, Forderungen und Kooperationen der Musikbranche aus.

Let’s discuss cultural policies! The Austrian parlament has instructed the government to develop a music strategy to strenghen the music economy. What measures are needed to support music export and production? How can we strenghen the position of artists and composers on the digital market? The Austrian Music Council (ÖMR) will present its activities and invites you to take part in a lively policy discussion. The networking event is powered by Austrian Music Council (ÖMR), the umbrella organization of interest groups for music in Austria, and the Music Starters Network which focuses on the needs of young professionals.
